Professional Spray Foam And Polyurea Machine
Spray Foam Insulation Machine which are also named as polyurethane spray machinery is used for spraying two-component polyurethane raw material at desired level of heat and pressure. The raw material that is mixed under desired heat and pressure gets the shape of foam on the surface in seconds. Spray foam is used for thermal insulation. Spray foam has a very high R-Value compared with other insulation materials such as mineral wool, rockwool, Xps, Eps etc.
Spray foam equipment are mainly fixed in a rig. Apart from the machine there are some other equipment such as air compressor, transfer pumps, heated hose, spray gun etc. While heated hose keeps the temperature of the raw material until it is mixed in the gun, the air compressor is used for cleaning of the spray gun and for triggering transfer pumps.
In the system firstly the transfer pumps send the raw material to the spray foam machine body. Secondly the spray foam machine heats the raw material until the optimum level of heat and sends it to the spray gun through the heated hose under high pressure. The two-component polyurethane raw material is mixed in a tiny mixing chamber in the gun and sprayed.

Characteristics

Pre-Heater System
The pre-heater system of Kpx 20 is equipped with two different heating blocks for each component. Each block consists of 4 electrical resistances of 1200 Watts which makes at a total heating power of 5600 W for each component. Consisting of a total power of 9600 W, all the pre-heating system fulfills the necessities of safety precautions.
Hose Heating System
Pusmak’s KPX 20 polyurethane proportioning machine’s heating system is manufactured with two different types of transformers which enable using of different types of heated hoses. While transformer of 4000W allows using of copper wired heated hose system which supplies a very homogenous heating, its 7000 W transformer fulfills the energy need for other types of metal wired heated hoses which are more affordable than copper wired ones.
Control Panel
The simple and useful electrical and electronical design of machine makes it easy for user to check everything easily. Moreover, specially designed phase control and correction system prevents the costly repairs resulting from misconnection to electricity plugs. PLC screen on the control panel allows user to control everything quickly and easily. The specially coded software inside enables user to choose language options, limit the cycle to be shut, follow the total working hours, activate compressor if connected through machine, control pressure tolerance limit and check the error history for diagnosing any potential problems. Pusmak pays a special interest on using high quality materials for all the electronic parts used in the system.
Proportioning Unit
Proportioning unit which is also named as reactor part is a kind double direction cylindrical twin pump. Symmetrical design enables equal proportioning for two components materials of polyurethane foam and polyurea elastomers. The hydraulic power source behind the unit drives the proportioning unit from one point at the very middle of the unit.
